Shipping policy

At SIROXI (operated by Shravan Trading), we strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping structure for deliveries within India:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹100 or Free on orders above ₹699]

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. Metro cities usually receive packages faster than regional areas or North-Eastern states.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package through our integrated courier partner's website.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pincodes across India.

  • An additional COD handling fee of ₹50 may apply to these orders.

  • To prevent fraudulent orders, our team may call you to verify your order before dispatch. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number.

5. DELIVERY AREA

We ship to most locations within India. If our courier partners do not service your specific pincode, we will contact you and issue a full refund if the order was prepaid. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for delivery failures if the address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your Address, City, State, and Pincode before confirming your order.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your address, please contact us at support@siroxi.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery destination.

7. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Shravan Trading is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please take a photo/video of the packaging and the product immediately and contact our support team.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to help us process damage claims faster.

8. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, lockdowns, or carrier delays. We will work with the courier to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to over 150+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Delivery Timeline: Usually 7-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

  • Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted territories.
