Refund policy

At SIROXI, we value your trust and ensure every shipment is inspected before leaving our warehouse.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: To protect against transit damage or missing items, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

    • The video must start before the outer package is opened and must show the shipping label and all sides of the sealed box clearly.

    • The video must be uncut and unedited, keeping the package in frame at all times.

    • Claims without a valid unboxing video will strictly not be accepted for damages, missing items, or incorrect products.

  • Return/Replacement Window:

    • Decor & Small Items: 48 hours from delivery.

    • Furniture & Large Items: 7 days from delivery (Replacement only).

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Refunds:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7-8 business days after quality inspection.

    • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credits. Cash refunds are not permitted for COD orders.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement by emailing support@siroxi.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
