At SIROXI, we value your trust and ensure every shipment is inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: To protect against transit damage or missing items, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

The video must start before the outer package is opened and must show the shipping label and all sides of the sealed box clearly.

The video must be uncut and unedited, keeping the package in frame at all times.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will strictly not be accepted for damages, missing items, or incorrect products.

Return/Replacement Window:

Decor & Small Items: 48 hours from delivery.

Furniture & Large Items: 7 days from delivery (Replacement only).

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7-8 business days after quality inspection.

COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credits. Cash refunds are not permitted for COD orders.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement by emailing
support@siroxi.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
